The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) has expressed its willingness to help the Office of Company Registrar (OCR) in making format of financial details as per the new Company Ordinance-2005. The new format is aimed at making financial details uniform and as per the international standards. Narayan Bajaj, president of ICAN said that the institute will help in making practical and standard format for financial details.
